Aloha People!

So last week the fam and I went to Hawaii for our vacation. Since Amber and Jeff live there we went to visit them first in Oahu for a couple of days and then we all flew to Maui. They stayed 3 days with us in Maui with us then went back home and we we stayed 2 more days in Maui then back to Oahu for the last day. It was a really great trip. I know Amber and Jeff were dying for someone to visit again, and hey, who doesn't want to go to Hawaii, right?
We went to Waikiki, a sea life park, luau, shark dive (only Mat, Jeff & Amber did that, no way for me), Bubba Gumps, pool, ocean, Road to Hana, Pearl Harbor, USS Missouri, Arizona Memorial, Submarine and lots of other little things. We also got to see where Amber & Jeff both work. Amber works at a Bakery that is so cute and she showed us a few things that she had made and I was amazed. Who knew she had a talent for wedding & large birthday cakes, very cool stuff. We also went to Jeff's base (he's in the Coast Guard, hence the reason they are in hawaii) which was really neat. Aidan loved the boats and Jeff showed us around the station.
Amber took us to Puca Dog one day which is this hot dog stand (basically) that sells these off the wall hot dogs, which were very good and BIG. Hard to describe but they have some really unique sauces and they way the bread wraps around the dog it kewl.
On our Road to Hana day Aidan was soo good. We were basically in the car all day and he never complained. We drove around the entire island that day, a complete circle. We took a back way to Hana that our concierge suggested. So glad she did too, it was amazing and so beautiful. It was also a little scary at times as the road was very bumpy, not very wide, steep and sometimes a dirt road, ha!
We spent alot of time at the pool and beach too. There was a pirate ship pool where Aidan wanted to go every day. He looked out the window every morning before we left because our patio overlooked the ship.
Amber & Jeff's town house is so cute too, she did an awesome job decorating it, and their neighborhood was very quaint. I liked it alot.
All in all one of my favorite trips. It was really good to just get to spend time with them and hang out, just us. A big thank you to Tracy & Jerrod for signing us up for a great deal at the Maui Westin Resorts, awesome place to stay. I took about 360 pics so I did not post them all, but got a little bit everything in here. Enjoy!
